Vanessa Ganguin Immigration Law

Alexandra is experienced in many different areas of corporate and private immigration law.

She has a solid understanding of the sponsor licence process and the duties sponsors must fulfil as well as Global Talent visa applications. She has experience of cases involving complex immigration histories, British citizenship and family applications.

Alex has also worked on many successful asylum and human rights appeals.

Alexandra began her legal career at another prestigious London boutique immigration firm where she worked across a large range of UK immigration cases, from High Net Worth clients to complex appeals by people at the sticky end of Home Office policy. Her work has included pro bono work on matters such as the Windrush scandal and revocation of deportation orders.

Prior to that, Alexandra studied various areas of law at SOAS University, such as Islamic law, and Southeast Asian Law. She completed her LPC and Masters in Legal Practice at BPP University, receiving a Distinction and was added to the roll of solicitors in 2024.

Alexandra has also contributed much of her time towards working for the charity Support Through Court, where she helped litigants in person navigate complex legal matters, such as child arrangement and financial provision applications and worked on many domestic violence cases.
