Jocelyn Cheng advises across the gamut of UK immigration matters. She is experienced with both business and personal immigration matters, such as skilled worker sponsorship, global talent, international civilian employees, and British nationality.  She has also previously worked in a highly-regarded US immigration firm where she worked with a range of clients across industries such as construction, recruitment, marketing and advertising.

Jocelyn attained a BA degree in English Literature at Queen Mary University of London, before attending the University of Law in Bloomsbury, where she received Distinctions both in her Masters of Arts in Law as well as in her LPC. She was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2026.

Jocelyn speaks Mandarin, teaches Hip Hop Street Dancing and has worked pro bono with legal advice for Citizens Advice Bureau and Amnesty International.

She also has the fastest typing speed that any of us have ever witnessed.
